A Funny Jump Tale – A jump tale is a story when storyteller makes listeners jump at the end of the story.  The story is a good call and response story.

Develop your own hand jestures to go with the story.

• On a dark dark night. (Audience repeats)
• There was a dark dark forest.  (Audience repeats)
• In the dark dark forest there was a dark dark road. (Audience repeats)
• Down the dark dark road there was a dark dark house. (Audience repeats)
• On the dark house there was a dark dark door. (Audience repeats)
• In the dark dark door there was a dark dark hall. (Audience repeats)
• Down the dark dark hall there were some dark dark stairs. (Audience repeats)
• Up the dark dark stairs was a dark dark hall. (Audience repeats)
• Up the dark dark hall there was a dark dark room. (Audience repeats)
• In the dark dark room there was a dark dark closet. (Audience repeats)
• On the dark dark closet there was a dark dark door. (Audience repeats)
• In the dark dark door there was a GHOST! BOO!!!
